Event Description:
Become a voice for your neighbors living in long-term care facilities! The Oregon Long-Term Care Ombudsman is seeking volunteers in Lane County. Take our 5-day training course to become certified to investigate and resolve complaints, improve the quality of life, and preserve dignity for older adults in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Four hours per week of volunteer time requested.
